Functional medicine for women who want real answers.

Personalized, root-cause care for your hormones, fertility, and long-term health.
Longer visits. Deeper testing. No protocols. A plan built entirely around you.

You've done everything right.

So why do you still feel this way?

The women who come to me have usually seen multiple providers, been told their labs are "normal," and left every appointment feeling more dismissed than when they walked in.

You are not imagining it. You are not being dramatic. Something is actually going on — and it deserves a real investigation.

You've been told everything looks normal… but you don't feel normal.

  • You are exhausted no matter how much you sleep or how well you eat

  • Your hormones feel off — irregular cycles, mood swings, hair loss, weight changes

  • You are trying to conceive and not getting clear answers about why it is not happening

  • You have been to multiple doctors and still do not have a plan that makes sense

  • You feel rushed and dismissed — like no one has actually listened

  • You want to understand what is happening in your body, not just manage it

You are not looking for another prescription. You are looking for real answers.

Anyone can use the term ‘functional medicine,’ but not everyone has gone through formal training in it. I chose to complete certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine so I could really understand how to apply it in a structured, effective way for patients.

This approach is designed to help you finally understand why you’re feeling this way—and create a plan that actually works.

• Deep-dive intake

• Comprehensive lab review

• Root-cause mapping

• Personalized plan

• Ongoing follow-up

What we can work on together.

Functional medicine addresses the root cause — not just the diagnosis. Many of these conditions share underlying drivers that are often missed in conventional care.

A clear path. Not a revolving door.

Most functional medicine practices keep you returning indefinitely. I work with you intensively for 6–12 months — then you maintain your health on your own. Here is exactly what that looks like.

Step 1 —

Your Full Story

Up to 90 minutes

We start by going deep. Your full health history, your symptoms, your timeline, your goals. Nothing is rushed, nothing is skipped. You'll leave with initial recommendations, a nutrition and lifestyle plan to start on, and a personalized testing order based on your specific picture — not a standard panel.

Step 2 —

Comprehensive Testing

After your first visit

Lab work and functional testing are ordered based on what your history tells us to look for. This is targeted and specific to you — not the same panel ordered for every patient. Results are reviewed in full at your next visit, line by line, together.

Step 3 —

Data Review & Your Plan

60-minute visit

We go through every result together. You will understand what each number means, why it matters for you, and how it connects to how you've been feeling. Then we build your personalized protocol — diet, lifestyle, supplements, and any additional recommendations — all tied directly to your data.

Step 4 —

Check-In & Refine

30-minute visit, approximately 2 weeks later

Your body is responding. We check in to see what's shifting, answer your questions, and fine-tune the plan based on real feedback. Small adjustments here make a big difference in your results.

Step 5 —

Progress & Optimize

60-minute visit, 2–3 months later

Follow-up labs, a full review of your progress, and optimization. By this point most patients are feeling a meaningful difference — and understanding exactly why. For many, this is where the path to independence begins.

After the initial 6–12 months, most patients move to annual maintenance visits. The goal is always the same: help you heal, then help you maintain it on your own.

Elizabeth helped me completely turn my gut and hormone health around in 2025 and we are now expecting our first little one to arrive in March of 2026! Her recommendations and interventions were a key component in helping me to get pregnant, and I credit the ease of the pregnancy to the prep work that was done in my health beforehand. So thankful to have found her!

I was diagnosed with lupus more than a decade ago and I've been on hydroxychloroquine for years. After a year of hard work with Elizabeth, I am feeling better than I have in years. Even my rheumatologist is surprised. I am weaning off the medications!

Lupus & 10+ Years of Medication

For years I have had stomach problems and been unable to digest many things. I had been to countless medical doctors, naturopaths, and dietitians. I knew I needed to “fix my gut” but the only thing the experts were telling me was to take probiotics. I knew that was not working and I needed to find someone who could look at my labs and read them with a new understanding based on me and my specific health to figure out how to balance my microbiome. Thank goodness I found Elizabeth Amos because she has changed my life. I am now able to eat so many things that I have not been able to eat for over thirty years! I now feel like I have a strong gut instead of a weak gut. It’s amazing. There are very few medical professionals who are on the cutting edge of the microbiome and can read labs like a detective as well as can be open and understanding of a person’s desire to eat a certain way or to only want to treat naturally. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Functional medicine is not for everyone — and that is by design. The patients who see the best results are those who are ready to invest in understanding and healing their body at the root level.

This care is for you if...

You are ready to go deeper than a 15-minute appointment has ever allowed.

  • You've been told your labs are normal — but you know something is off

  • You're struggling with your hormones, your cycle, your energy, or your fertility and you want real answers, not another prescription to manage symptoms

  • You are trying to conceive and want to understand exactly what your body needs to be ready

  • You have a diagnosis — PCOS, Hashimoto's, endometriosis, an autoimmune condition — but feel like the root cause has never actually been addressed

  • You want a provider who will sit with you, go through your data line by line, and explain what it all means for you specifically

  • You are willing to make changes — to your diet, your habits, your supplements — because you understand that real healing requires real investment

  • You are ready to commit to a focused 6–12 months of work, not a revolving door of appointments with no endpoint in sight

This care is probably not for you if...

There's no judgment here — functional medicine simply isn't what every person needs right now.

  • You are looking for a quick prescription or a one-visit solution

  • You want tests for strep, pregnancy, or influenza - we don't do that in the office

  • You're looking for vaccines for yourself or your children - we don't offer them

  • You are not able or willing to invest out of pocket in your care at this time

  • You expect insurance-based, symptom-management medicine

  • You are not open to changes in diet, lifestyle, or supplements as part of your plan

  • You want GLP-1 injections for weight loss instead of looking at root causes for metabolic dysfunction.

  • You are in acute crisis or need emergency care — please contact your nearest emergency room or call 911

Not sure if you're a fit? That's exactly what the free 15-minute consult is for. No pressure, no commitment — just an honest conversation.

I've been where you are.

I struggled with chronic daily migraines that were pushing me toward disability. I saw every kind of specialist. My labs were always "normal." It wasn't until I found functional medicine — and discovered undiagnosed Lyme disease, gut dysfunction, and hormonal imbalance — that everything changed. I didn't just get better. I felt better than I ever had in my life.

That experience is why I practice the way I do. I know what it feels like to be dismissed. To feel broken while being told you're fine. To finally find someone who actually looked at the whole picture.

As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife, I've walked women through the full arc — from fertility struggles and hormone chaos to healthy pregnancies and beyond. It is a perspective very few functional medicine providers can offer.

I specialize in helping women uncover the root causes of their symptoms — so they can finally have a clear plan and start feeling like themselves again.

No membership fees.

Transparent pricing. No surprises.

My goal is not to keep you as a patient forever.
It is to help you heal.

All care is cash-pay — which means no insurance restrictions on what we can test, no limits on how much time we spend together, and a plan built entirely around your needs rather than what a payer will approve.

New patient consultations begin at $350. Package options are available for those committing to the full care process, with savings of 10–20%. Laboratory testing and supplements are separate and individualized to your protocol.

A different kind of provider.

Functional medicine is not a replacement for conventional care — it is the layer that goes deeper.
The part your insurance visit never had time for.
